Friday, January 31st
- Project Lead The Way Gig!
- ZERO SuperBand final PLTW rehearsal
- 8:00 am – members change into performance attire (-) (ties can be off etc.…)
- 9:00 am – depart for Anaheim Hilton via OUSD bus
- 9:30 am – Arrive venue and move to stage
- Set-up and warm-up
- 11:00 am – Rehearsal and tech check with house technicians
- 11:30 am – Strike rehearsal (leaving as much as possible on stage) and move cases… to the Green Room (California A) for storage/safe keeping
- 11:45 am – Lunch (provided by PLTW)
- 12:45 pm – Secure from lunch and move back to stage for program
- 1:00 pm – Arrive backstage (California C and D) and wait for entrance cue
- 1:30 pm – scheduled performance time – start of general session
- 1:40- pm – end of performance – 2 minutes to clear stage
- 2:45 pm – end of general session and our planned departure time – remain flexible!
- 3:15 pm – RTB VPHS and secure
- 2nd DARK
- 5th DARK
- 6th DARK
- After School
- Emergency rehearsal of any Pancake ensemble deemed not ready earlier in the week!
Saturday, February 1st
- 7:00 am – Call time for all pancake ensembles
- 8:00 am – 11:00 am – Pancake performances
- 8:00 am Jazz Combo
- 8:30 am Dixieland Ensemble
- 9:00 am Vocal Music performance
- 9:30 am DARK or possible Jazz Combo performance
- 10:00 am Mariachi performance
- 10:30 am Jazz Combo performance
